Horizontal hydraulic continuous drawing machine is the equipment to make its drawing trolleys move continuously and alternately back and forth to do continuous linear drawing with the hydraulic cylinder as the drive. It's the metal tensile processing equipment with integrative technique of mechanic-electronic-hydraulic that integrates the modern hydraulic control technology, electrical automation control technology, drawing process and structure design.
Horizontal hydraulic continuous drawing machine is applied to process tubes and rods. The machine differs from the general single cylinder semi-continuous drawing machine. It can achieve large-tonnage, infinite length, and continuous linear drawing processing for non-ferrous or ferrous pipes and rods. The automatic control system of machine set adopts touch screen + PLC control to achieve the running control of equipment, and drawing process parameters setting, input, display, record, machine running state monitoring and fault diagnosis.
