Reverse Extruder
Reverse extrusion presses are used for the extrusion processing of bars, wires, and tubes. Due to the characteristics of metal flow during reverse extrusion, it is particularly suitable for the extrusion processing of bars and wires.
● Extrusion pressure is 20%-35% lower than that of forward extrusion;
● Uniform metal deformation;
● Compared with forward extrusion, the loss of scrap such as extrusion residue is significantly reduced, and the yield is higher;
● Larger ingots can be used, which helps to improve equipment efficiency and production continuity;
● Products with smaller end faces can be extruded, using lower extrusion temperatures and higher extrusion speeds.
