Forward Extruder
Extrusion presses are used for the hot extrusion processing of metallic materials.
Our company can design and manufacture forward and reverse extrusion presses of various tonnage. These can be classified into single-acting (without piercing) and double-acting (with piercing system) types, and can be applied to the extrusion processes of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and refractory metals, as needed.
● The main frame of the extrusion press adopts a prestressed structure;
● Automatic circulation of the extrusion pad and cleaning pad, high degree of automation, high production efficiency;
● Automatic input and output of extrusion billets and waste;
● The waste separation device adopts a vertical structure, reliable operation, and high degree of automation;
● The hydraulic system adopts variable pump drive and volume speed regulation, reducing energy consumption and system heat generation;
● The main control system adopts integrated control of cartridge valves, with large overflow and rapid response;
● Equipped with high-precision displacement sensors to achieve accurate displacement detection and speed closed-loop control;
● A control system is formed by a touch screen or a host computer and a PLC, using fieldbus network technology and integrating our company's proprietary extrusion process control software to achieve high reliability and automated operation of the extrusion press;
● The equipment operates smoothly, works reliably, has low installed power, and consumes little energy.
