Vertical Hydraulic semi-continuous casting machine is the necessary front-end equipment to produce the hot rolled aluminum & copper slab billets and the certain length or weight products. Slab billets are from water cooling crystallization. The crystallizing process is steady; dummy ingot speed is stable and achieves stepless adjustment (13~160mm/min).
● Crystallizer has the vibration mode of Sine double acting vibration and frequency stepless adjustment.
● Double displacement stroke test preparation with high accuracy.
